Summary: We were clear about a room request in writing weeks before arrival. We arrived to find that the staff didn't do what they said they would. We were told the only available room was the worst one in the hotel. The front desk put a manager on named Ronald who rudely and pushily told me to "take it or leave it" and they'd refund us if we left. No apology, no empathy. No interest in trying to positively work things out. After a few minutes another room became available which worked well enough. On checkout, Ronald attempted to apologize. Considering how rude he was to us, it was a little too little too late. That said, this is a nice property and we'd return again, crossing fingers that they don't mess up our reservation request.

Summary: Absolutely amazing! 10/10! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment we checked out, service was top tier, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and it was very quiet even with having kids stay in rooms around us. Thank you for everything!
