Positive: Reasonably comfortable with the use of a kitchen if required. Good for a night stop with easy access to the airport.
Negative: Thin walls and noise from guests leaving very early in the morning i.e. 5 am

Positive: I accidently booked the day prior. I contacted the owner, and he fixed it instantly. I used WhatsApp to message the place, and I always got a quick and friendly response, even late at night. The location is exceptionally close yet on a quiet estate. My room was warm, clean, and for the cost, just what I needed after landing late.
Negative: Nothing not to like. I understand the 8.3 rating. This is not a hotel but a life saver for the fatigued traveller or if you have an early flight. So close a taxi wouldn't cost much.
