Summary: It was a great stay. The hotel is centrally situated in a very great area near the beach as well as a plethora of restaurants which I was able to accommodate everyone's needs.

Summary: Good neighborhood, a bit of noise from the street. The apartment is nice but should be better maintained: mold in bathroom ceiling, saw 1 bug, entrance door makes a lot of noise, bathroom was still a bit dirty on arrival, the fridge is leaking, the kitchen was a bit dirty on arrival.

Summary: The owner Angel was very helpful in directing us to near by restaurants & beaches. However, for things that were missing in the efficiency rental. The owners answer was, "people steal everything." A small table in the kitchenette was wobbly. A plug in cook top to use, but hardly any utensils. There is a small refrigerator, and a small microwave. Ceiling lights were only light bulbs with no covering. TV channels were constantly buffering. The TV had Netflix. But was near impossible to watch anything due to the signal. Constantly buffering, even after unplugging and re-booting the system. Parking is extremely difficult. There is one spot in front just off the sidewalk. It's a first come first serve space. Personally I would not stay at this place ever again.
