Positive: Contemporary and visually striking, this space offers a breathtaking rooftop view of Kuala Lumpur!
Negative: The elevator could use some brighter lighting, as the current darkness makes the smeared drawing on the wall seem unsettling. Improving the ambiance would enhance the overall experience. Also, the bathroom in our suite has a strong odor that the housekeeping cleaned up,but the smell came back again the next day.

Positive: The residence is well located with a rooftop pool that offers a beautiful view of the Petronas Tower and the apartment manager is very attentive and responsive when needed. Also, the apartment offers a magnificent view of the Petronas Tower and the city.
Negative: Pillowcases and bed sheets must be changed after each guest's stay for hygiene reasons.

Positive: The location was perfect, the staff was nice ! They let us leave our luggage in the room for the day without charge :) the music in the room was fantastic (“friend don’t cry”). The pools were nice.
Negative: Our room wasn’t very very clean. When you have to pay for the stay, they choose their own money change rate (which ins’t the best of course). We had to ask for our towels because they forgot about it and they smelled bad.
Summary: Don’t expect much about the hotel.
