Positive: I liked that the pool was awesome also the grill bar where u could've gotten something to eat during the day and the access to bars was easy
Negative: However, the bar lacked local alcohol options like angostura line white oak etc they offered cheap liquor only For all-inclusive I find they tell u check in at 3, and yes, we did that, but you don't get access to your room until after 5, which I didn't like, especially when u have kids with u Information of usage and where things are was lacking No one to carry you to your room We mentioned upon checking in that it is a big family, but they put us very far from each other Although the request was made

Positive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner was local and tasty. I did get my request for special bread. The presence of management around the compound was appreciative. Serving staff were friendly and helpful as usual. I did see some repairs being done to the facility.
Negative: I was charged an additional TTD$3,600. And deserve a refund. The menu was quite repetitive. There was no fire escape for the upstairs units. This is a safety risk and needs to be addressed urgently because there is only one entrance. There is no lifeguard on duty for of beach. The people on the outside of the beach are a bit shady and I believe are a nuisance to the foreign guests. If they are trained to present themselves they may not be frowned upon. The hotel should include in the package - eg tours available especially to close beaches and areas to take pics..black rock, Plymouth etc
Summary: It was family fun. We enjoyed ourselves.

Positive: I loved everything about this hotel. We all slept like babies and the food was wonderful. Staff was wonderful. Anton did a wonderful job helping us with our bags to our rooms. That was hard work since there was no elevators, and he had to go up and down the stairs to carry all bags. I hope you all pass on my compliments to Anton's supervisor about his hard work, and will get rewarded for that. We will definitely return.
