Summary: Property is centrally located and in nice neighborhood. The property was sufficient for what we needed. Cleanliness could have been a bit better, noticed cob webs on walls (mainly the dark blue wall) as well as dirty walls in general. Kitchen was sparse with minimal pots (no large ones) and appliances. Kitchen utensils were cheap and lacking as well. Dishwasher was not working and back screen door was leaning against the sliding glass door.

Summary: Location, location, location!! We were close to everything and it only took us less than 10-20 minutes to get to: downtown Boise, the Boise zoo, Freak Alley, Boise University, Barber park, etc. We were also minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. Staying in a three floor townhouse on an end unit, we never heard noise or sound from the townhouse on the other side of us. The three floor townhouse was perfect for five adults. We had enough space to relax, watch movies together and enjoy the kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and it was nice to have a garage as a parking option. Parking in front of the unit was more convenient and we never had issue finding a parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great space, but internet television was awful iplus there was only one TV so tough with a teenager. No issue working from there though. We stayed a month and never got key to mailbox. POOL was added bonus and not in listing. 3 levels so be ready for stairs. Stocked with everything you need. Nice appliances/finishes.
