Summary: Overall the accommodations worked for what we needed them for however the building could use a good deep cleaning. Not a place for a family setting. Cobwebs galore throughout. Shower curtains could use a good clean or better yet replaced. There were 9 different remotes for the 1 tv in main family room. Dirt shot out from the jets in lower level bath. All linens and towels appeared clean. If staying for multiple days be sure to pack extra large garbage bags. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels provided. With the back deck out of commission and in need of repair our group of fourteen set up lawn chairs in the front lawn area - which didn’t make some of the neighboring units very fond of us. Last but not least the host was reachable when needed, but could have explained to us that you needed to driver through an area that appeared to be for construction crews only in order to get to the rental property.

Summary: Has nice layout and works for larger groups. But don't feel it was ready to be rented. Spacious but needs maintenance: needs painting throughout, missing closet doors at entrance, drawer missing in kitchen, fireplace did not function, back deck closed for use, 10 remotes for tv no instructions, entrance porch needs painting/staining. Cleanliness: property overall was clean with some exceptions: mildew in showers, soap scum on shower doors, dirty lower level windows. Kitchen and appliances clean, property vacuumed and dusted, all supplies for kitchen available — recommend adding wine bottle opener, have sufficient # of wine glasses. A welcome packet with info about the property wld be helpful. Property had very restrictive heating and cooling rules, but have consideration for more elderly renters.
