Positive: The room was larger than expected, clean, comfortable And was a reasonable rate. It was nice to be able to pull up to your door to unload. I had requested the first floor room and they accommodated me with that request. Having them refrigerator in microwave was nice too.
Negative: When entering the lobby no matter what time of day you have to use a side window to speak to the hotel's staff when checking in and out. Was a little unsettling when checking in. Wondering what kind of location we were staying at. Wondering why the need to be secluded behind bulletproof glass and not have a lobby open. All the reviews I had read online never mentioned this and I'll had been fairly positive. We did not encounter any problems nor did we see any sketchy activity in the parking lot. The only negative thing in the room was that the top comforter seemed to be old and dated and had some cigarette burns in it
