Positive: Room was spacious. Very nice view of the Alps in the morning. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurants and public transportation are within a very short walk.
Negative: Room was a little warm (it was hot outside as well).

Positive: Very clean. The beds were comfortable and nice showers. The spa area was also nice for an overnight stay. Great location.
Negative: Breakfast was not great. The staff working breakfast were rude and we had to ask 3 times to get a plain coffee. When we made dinner reservations we were told the only time available was 1830. When we arrived for dinner there was 1 other table the entire time we were there.
Summary: Overall decent place but for the price I would find a different place in the area.

Positive: The architecture was aesthetically pleasing and the location peaceful
Negative: The lack of air conditioning - the temperature in our room was 30° plus both nights. We also thought it was unacceptable to inform us on our arrival that the housekeeping staff only came to do the rooms every other day. This was a first for us. Finally, although there was an on-site car park, the cars were badly parked so we had to park our car in the street overnight.

Positive: Quality, clean, comfort with an exceptional staff that were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent with good options and again a very friendly, helpful staff. Our family really enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor pools. We would absolutely stay at this hotel in the future if we travel to this area again.
Negative: We tried the hotels restaurant one evening and the food, in our opinion, was just ok. Not bad but not memorable. We only tried the restaurants food once as we wanted to experience other restaurants in the local area.
