Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I like the customer service. Very friendly!
Negative: People from the other room are so loud most especially at night! I hope guests are being reminded to be quiet around the area most especially common area or atleast put up a sign as a reminder. My shower head was also broken, but place is very clean. What i also don’t like was there’s always a construction at 6:00 am in the morning! So, guests, coming home late and loud upon arriving and early construction equals to restless nights!
Summary: It was an okay experience. I just hope other guests are more respectful

Positive: Great location: two blocks from a very nice beach, blocks from bars and restaurants, and half a block from a coffee shop. Great bed. Good shower. At all times there were cold water bottles in the communal fridge for us to take.
Negative: As advertised, there is no front desk or staff on hand. If that is important to your hotel experience, you won't like this place. I wasn't sure how to get new towels, and I had to make sure to request a clothes iron beforehand. Also, if you rent a car, you will find street parking to be difficult.
Summary: Unusual due to no front desk, but excellent location and great stay overall.
