3 Bedroom House in Killington

Located just off Killington Road near The Foundary, Killington Cottage is a private yet easily accessible home offering the best of both worlds -- close to skiing and walking distance to many of Killington's famous restaurants. It is an ideal four-season spot and is within a 5 minute drive to Snowshed, Ramshead and Killington base lodges which offer a host of winter and summer activities for the adventure minded. Also located nearby are a number of swimming, boating and hiking options.
The house has been stocked with many items to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and basic kitchen needs.
The first floor features a master bedroom with suite shower bathroom(also accessed from a second door in the hall), a living room with large wood burning fireplace, comfy leather couches, a new farm style dining table that seats 8 and kitchen which is fully stocked with dinnerware. NEW in 2024 Smart TV in living room.
Up a flight of stairs are two more bedrooms and a full shower/ bathtub. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has a bunk bed comprised of two full beds. All linens and towels are provided.
The outdoor space includes a hot tub (for use in winter), fire pit, new six burner gas grill (available in summer months) and a patio table and chairs that seat six. The yard is flat and spacious.
This family-friendly house also has board games, a high chair and dinnerware for the kiddos. Winter activity : there is a neat little sledding hill in backyard.
Minimum age is 25 (proof of age will be requested) and smoking is not allowed within 50 feet of building.

Summary: Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property. Very close to the mountain & extremely close to many great restaurants. Loved the wooded lot, yard, hot tub and well stocked home.

Summary: The home had everything we needed. We stayed here with four adults and four little kids - the dining room and living room were great. Located right off the access road out is close to everything in Killington. Laundry room and hot tub made this vacation perfect for us

Summary: Short stay for just my husband and I but the cabin was perfect. Manager was communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate to book again. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook and plenty of space if you need it. Steps from great food and everything VT has to offer.

Summary: We stayed in the summer, mostly to hike with our three teenagers. The owners provided many extra amenities in the laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms, not to mention an abundance of charging stations and firewood. The kitchen was very functional and included items left from prior guests like spices, cooking oils, sugar, condiments... a "play it forward" experience which we appreciated and partook in. The house was exceptionally clean and all the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The home is set on a quiet side street but only a short walk to restaurants and ice cream. It was obvious that the owners and their wonderful house manager, Carol, try to anticipate all the needs of their renters. And it looks like they are continuing to make upgrades to an already beautifully decorated and functional home. The layout was excellent - and there was ample room for all our belongings and to spread out into our own space as well as gathering in comfortable common areas. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Summary: We recently stayed at Michael's property and could not have been happier. The house was immaculate and well equipped with all needed essentials. The location was great, we got to explore many nearby swimming holes and falls and even did some fishing with our kids at Kent Pond only minutes from the house. Overall it was a great property and Carol the house manager was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: A fabulous experience at the cottage. Spacious and gorgeous. Close to killington ski resort as well as the bars and restaurants. Plenty of privacy with a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again!
