Positive: The location of the apartment complex and its facilities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. The unit was clean and came well-equipped.
Negative: This particular unit #134 has an unfortunate location within the complex. The “walk-out patio”is very tiny even for two people, has no decent view, and is located right next to the community grill so is not private. People also walk their dogs to relieve themselves right outside the unit. The bathroom wall electric outlets and the ceiling fan light do not work, the bedside clock doesn’t work, and one of the floor-to-ceiling privacy shades only covers the top half of the patio window.
