Positive: Pros: the apartment is clean with all the things you need for your stay. It has a clean and functional washing machine, the bed is comfortable but a little bit too soft for the persons with back issues. Big and clean fridge.
Negative: Cons: the person handling the apartment waits for you no matter the hour you arrive, we arrive at almost 10PM and took a walk to the parking, the parking is at a distance of aprox. 400 meters away, between 5-10 min walk (depending on how fast you walk). The walk was made as didnโ€™t want to take him on our car as he suggested. From my perspective, all this could have been done with some text indications and a pin of the location, much easier and less stressful. The bathroom is big enough but the sink is very small for a person of 1.80m and itโ€™s position is very uncomfortable as it has a shelf above it (all the days during my stay I had to wash my face at the bathtub or chicken sink :))). The bathtub is also very high and a little bit hard to get in. The apartment doesnโ€™t have mosquito net and all the insects can come in. Very important, the apartment doesnโ€™t have cooling system (HVAC). If you still at the apartment around noon, it will get a little too hot. The location of the apartment is not that quiet, during the morning all you can hear are ambulances and crows. Also keep in mind that the location is far away from the center and the main attractions, between 1H-1H and a half with public transportation. The apartment is a little bit too dark, the lighting isย notย thatย great.

Positive: The apartment is very clean and cozy. It is equipped with everything you need. The beds, including the sofa, are extremely comfortable, which was very important for us, since we were traveling with two small children and our days were long and tiring. There is a shop and public transport stops near the apartment. And last but not least - the best host - responsive, kind and very helpful!

Positive: The apartment is great. It was easy to check in and out. It is new, with modern furniture, and very clean. The apartment has all we need to stay, the beds are very comfortable and have spacious rooms. The host is very welcome and flexible. Also, it has a parking lot not far away from the apartment. Many shops around and restaurants. The park near the river is very close.

Positive: I would like to recommend Carl's Design Residences by Domicilia Apartments to anyone traveling to Vienna. Alen (the host) is pleasant, cultured and always available. He was in contact with us all the time. The apartment is new and spacious, two floor apartment. It's easily accessible by public transport. For welcome he gave us wine, as well there was coffee and tea. The apartment has everything you need for a comfort staying. Highly recommended.
