Positive: Nice apartment that was quiet at night. Comfortable bed and sofa for sleeping. Area was nice and has good playgrounds for kids closeby. Washing machine was very useful.
Negative: The property was missing some basic things like handsoap (there were empty bottles of handsoap in the kitchen and bathroom and we had to buy new ones). Also a microwave oven would be useful. We did not mind that the bathroom was small, but the radiator in the bathroom was constantly on (extremely warm) and could not be turned off. During a heatwave this heated the whole apartment and made especially the bathroom unbearable. During winter it would be nice I guess.
Summary: Overall a nice place, but too warm in the summer time

Positive: Enough space for family. Amenities are complete. Easy contact with the owner. Close to the city centre (within walking distance) There are several cafe nearby
Negative: 1 room with 2 double bed. No privacy, because there is no door for the bedroom.

Positive: A short walk to tram station for service no 7 & 9. Which is convenient to train station & ferry terminal to Tallinn. Washing machine is definitely helpful. Host is very responsive to questions.
Negative: Shower area a bit small. Under sofa not clean.

Positive: The location was very good and the check in was seamless. The living area and bedroom were very spacious and accommodated the three of us very well. Having an elevator was also great as the apartment was on the 5th floor.
Negative: Although adequate the kitchen and bathroom were quite small. The shower in particular was a tight squeeze

Positive: Easy 2-3 block walk to public transportation in 2 directions. Grocery stores nearby and neighborhood restaurants very close. Be sure to stop and chat with the folks at the wine bar downstairs at the corner.
