Summary: Everything was good even the customer service was good. However they’re were dead cockroaches on the floor & 1 dirty shower rag still in the shower

Summary: The first day I walked in the room on the second floor there was a live roach on the wall. Throughout the night roaches were in the bathroom and kitchen. The front desk clerk, Tina, was so sweet and friendly. She moved me to a different room on the third floor. In that room i did see a dead roach in the corner. However, there were no more problems with live roaches. You can also hear the guests next door talking because the walls may not be very thick, I'm guessing.

Summary: They could offer breakfast or snacks. No was there overnight to answer my question and when i left no one there in the front to speak to.

Summary: The staff was kind and courteous and provided great customer service. The room was neat and clean enough. However, the bathroom floor corners could have used a little extra attention. Other than that the room was nice and clean. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay as it was budget friendly and good enough for an overnight stay. I've seen better but I definatley have seen worse as well.

Summary: Roaches in bathroom and kitchen area. Bed was clean and comfortable. Reasonable rate and availability were our primary reasons for choosing to stay.

Summary: It was barely okay for a couple of nights. However, like many extended-stay locations, it lacks typical "hotel" facilities. Also, there are a lot of people that seem to live there for extended periods and not just for temporary work assignments in the area.. The walls are very thin and the neighbors were quite loud until after midnight. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot, drinking at night. Unfortunately, there is no staff available after 8PM to assist with addressing these issues. We did have an unclean bathroom when we arrived, but the manager (Alex) took care of it himself within a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a plus. If you are in a pinch, it will work. If something better is available, then go with it. Check your room for cleanliness when you arrive.
