Positive: Liked everything about this place. Location quiet and central. Very clean tidy with ample space for our group. Number of bathrooms is a real benefit Kitchen has everything we needed and the fridges provide for all supplies.

Negative: Nothing. Impossible to dislike anything.

Positive: The house is amazing for multiple families/teams staying together. Plenty of space, amenities and everything you could ever need for a stay! Comfy beds, great central location, fantastic back yard.

Summary: 2nd stay here and it met all our expectations! Plenty of room, friendly hosts, great set up.

Positive: The kitchen had everything that we required, well stocked, and everything was clean and in good condition . The house is spacious, and we had 14 sitting comfortably around the beautiful wooden table.the children loved the chickens in the backyard and collecting the eggs.

Negative: The barbecue and oven could have been cleaned. We left the barbecue scrubed clean

Positive: Location was good.

Negative: The heater and the lights. Couldn’t turn lights off and the heater didn’t heat to the temp we wanted. Then it was on all night which we hate.

Positive: Kitchen extremely well set up. Everything was clean. Garden outdoor very private,set up almost like a beer garden. Very handy to shopping precinct. Great dining table for a large group! I had recently had a hip replacement, so really appreciated the ensuite disabled bathroom.

Negative: Only things missing were a scrubbing brush or scourer for kitchen pans and a corkscrew! Lots of bottle openers though, in the scheme of things not madly important!
