Positive: The location of the property was really good and was near everything. The property was really clean, spacious and family friendly. The property had all the essentials needed. There were even laundry options available. I would definitely recommend it. Dan was briliant and answered any questions promptly.

Positive: The location was excellent! The Security personnel at check in were very nice. The pool was nice even though we didn’t use it. Free parking next door was perfect. We parked our car and didn’t need it again until we left. Plenty of hot water and towels.
Negative: It is an older property and could use a few updates. A bit of paint maybe? However, it was very clean. More hangers in the bedrooms would be nice. An electric kettle would be most helpful for tea drinkers. The windows look out to a wall but this is explained in the description so it was not an issue. We did have to wait for a wee while at check in as Security did not have the booking yet. Once he got in touch with the owner it was quickly taken care of.
Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this property. I would definitely recommend it for location and value for money.

Positive: To be honest, I rarely leave comments on properties I rent, but I felt I had to for this one. My friend and I came to Vegas from Joshua Tree and rented this suite. It was very clean, spacious, well-organized, and nicely furnished. The location is central, making it easy to walk to all the fun spots in Vegas, and having parking available was a great convenience. The owner was wonderful—on the day we were checking out, the washing machine got locked with our clothes inside, which delayed our departure. The engineer promptly came to fix it, and the owner even came by to apologize. There were no extra fees for our late checkout, which we really appreciated. Thanks, Dan, for the hospitality. I highly recommend this suite and will definitely come back!
Negative: Maybe I got lost to find the entrance but it was easier than I thought.

Positive: This property was beautifully located next door to the Bellagio, under the Cosmopolitan and across from the Paris. Everyone that worked there were accommodating and pleasant. I would absolutely stay again. Cheers

Positive: We have to go to the security room for the check in wich is on the jocker club section. The ubication of the place was perfect, next to the cesar palace, we share elevator with the cosmopolitan, it has free parking, in front of the cosmo are a diffrents places to eat (mcdonalds, panda express, tacobell,subway). the place was clean but it doesnt includes cleaning the days we stay. the host respond very fast. the beds are comfortable, kitchen it has a lot of glasses (vasos).
Negative: when we arrive the sink wasnt working but the host fix it immediately, also the first night it was chill and the air of the termostat is wasnt hot, but also immediately get the respondse of the host and give us more blankets and with that was perfect.
