Summary: An okay spot. Quite busy with many transient individuals. Not exactly a place you want to spend much time in beyond sleeping. Staff was friendly though.

Summary: I always book our stay in this hotel whenever I have visitors coming to visit Alberta. I book the family suite with 2 rooms. The rooms are big and it has kitchen and living room where we enjoy chatting before going to our rooms. I like that we can still enjoy full privacy even we are all in one family room. It's also clean and the beds are comfortable. In addition, check in/out is so easy. Lovely customer service. Staff are friendly. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for travellers in big group.

Summary: We had a 4 night stay. Breakfast was always delicious and hot with plenty of options. Only thing that could have been better was warmer temperature in the pool area, and also the pool water itself. But all in all, I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very friendly, with the exception of one woman.
