Summary: Main Door didn't work and we almost had to force them to help us. They almost took the whole day to finally send some one to fix it.

Summary: Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the hot breakfast items were meh. The air conditioning unit had no instructions and I couldn’t get the right temperature. The DOVE body products that the hotel carries did not make me feel good due to the overpowering scent of them. I had to carefully watches my feet when entering/exiting my side of the bed because there isn’t enough foot clearance and stubbing the feet is more likely than not if not watching carefully.

Summary: There were good food options but the fruit was brown and mushy. The bagels were frozen which I didn't care for. They should have set them out so they could defrost. The lady who was helping in the kitchen area was extremely rude to several customers. If you are not a morning person or having a bad day, just remember its not everyone else fault. As for the beds in the room one of our beds were okay. While the other was terrible. It had a big dip in it so they definitely need to replace that one. The pull out sofa was standard.
