Summary: I absolutely love this hotel. I will most definitely be coming back and recommending family members and friends to stay here. I really didn't get to enjoy everything, because I was busy, but I will be back! The lobby, the room, everything was clean and the lobby's decor was very nice. The staff was nice and welcoming. It was just an amazing time. I didn't want to leave.

Summary: Ryan at the front desk was very helpful. Had requested a room with 2 beds but got a room with 1 bed and a pull out. The couch was dirty. When looking for pull out when couch cushion was moved there was food and dirt all over the couch.

Summary: we were in town to see family. It was a stop over on our way to Chicago. The hotel was great. The staff was wonderful upon checking in. We are very happy with the comfort of the room and amenities.

Summary: Visited for the weekend for a friend’s baby shower. I was looking for somewhere close by the venue with a kitchen and decent room size. Staybridge was perfect for my short stay. I would definitely return. I did not get to join the complimentary breakfast but it was nice to have that option for free. My son was sick so we didn’t visit the pool but it closed at 11pm I believe which I is cool for families. The kids looked like they were having fun around 8-9pm. Front desk should be more attentive and hospitable. My boyfriend visit the night staff girl and she had an attitude when he asked for extra towels and said “people be lying about the number of people in there room” he said he felt it was an indirect towards the people asking for extra towels. That was also the only time we asked for towels during our stay since we didn’t request housekeeping services . Our stay was short but if I stayed longer the attitude from the staff definitely would have eventually made me upset. Also the bathroom floor in the shower is super slipper my toddler fell back and hit his head we had to place several towels down in the shower so he won’t fall again. Having a Kitchen was the best part. Overall I will recommend for anyone visiting with their family.
