Summary: The provided kitchen gadgets, utensils and dishwater were a great touch to make the stay feel more like home. The staff were amazing! Very friendly! The food was excellent with the exception of the oatmeal. Most mornings it was very thick and hard to eat. I’m an oatmeal breakfast person so I really counted on that to be available to eat each morning and unfortunately it was a disappointment with the exception of one day out of 3. Other than that the selections were wonderful! My children were both pleased with the breakfast offerings as well. We will return and tell others about the amazing stay as well.

Summary: Pleasant stay. Large rooms. Everything was clean. Evening social food was good and free as was the continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Summary: One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in! I'm hard to please when it comes to this and I had no complaints! Staff was excellent and food was delicious!

Summary: Easy check in and check out, upon check in I was given more information about where things were the most Hotels do. In the evening there are two hot food items and non-alcoholic drinks that are free in the dining area. Our room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen with all supplies you need for a basic meal. It was very quiet and had great beds. Very pleased with this location. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was good with normal standard fair of scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and a number of other breakfast items. It was a madhouse in the poorly designed area. Too many people for a very small space. Vents blowing under the tables making it too cold to sit at. The staff worked hard to maintain the food in the areas, but the one lady who did the majority of it truly needed real help, not the 2 men who ignored people and didn’t seem to do much as far as helping. There was only one elevator for the staff and customers to use and it’s very slow. They also need larger full size luggage cart and not the little cute ones that hold very little & not enough of those either. We made 2 trips with luggage because there were no carts. It was the same when we arrived. Maybe it’s better when it’s not summer. I did not realize how busy this area was as I came for other sights. Great Stay outside of the congested breakfast situation.

Summary: The cleanliness of the hotel was great! As soon as you enter the property you can smell freshness. Maybe because pets are allowed here they want to ensure it doesn’t smell unsavory. The pool was very clean. The outside tables could be wiped down every so often. The staff were great and very accommodating. The tub in our suite had a visible chip and for the price I personally want to see no imperfections. The suite, however, was very modern and in good condition. The only hiccup was the breakfast. They ran out of food and coffee both mornings we attended. It appears that due to a lack of staff or maybe too many guests the hotel was not able to keep up with the demand. Overall, a great stay!

Summary: The hotel was very clean, the breakfast and social hour food was very good and plenty of it for everyone! Tom Y. the manager was wonderful!! He gave us tips and suggestions on which beach was closed and which to try , suggested dog friendly places to eat. He was so kind! They had all kind of flyers for activities and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay

Summary: Need more lounge chairs in the pool area. Pool needs to be cleaned more often. A little more attention in the pool area. People were smoking others out by grilling inside the pool area.
