Positive: The hotel was in a good location and our room was very clean. but the elevator floors needed to be cleaned and my husband and I avoided the complimentary breakfast because there was a fruit fly infestation. Clearly it didn't bother the other people staying, but we definitely had no desire to eat food in an area where you chance fruit flies getting into your food and drink. There is a very simple and safe fix for fruit flies. You just need apple cider vinegar and a little bit of dawn.
Negative: The elevator floors needed to be cleaned, and my husband and I avoided the complimentary breakfast because there was a fruit fly infestation. The amount of fruit flies in the food and beverage area was really disgusting. I am not sure how the people working there didn't feel a need to address the issue. There is a very safe and simple fix to a fruit fly infestation. You just need a small container with apple cider vinegar and a little bit of dawn dish soap.

Positive: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUTH THE HOTEL WAS EXEMPLARY!!! It felt like it was in a five star hotel it was so luxurious!!! I highly enjoyed the apartment feel of the king suite. The amenities were more than helpful like the makeup remover wipes and high quality soaps. Breakfast was various, delicious and highly satisfying. The hotel is absolutely worth the price!
Negative: I would appreciate if there were filtered water machine stations. I had to use the one juice dispenser in the downstairs kitchen, which was a little cumbersome and got messy. Also many of the hand sanitizer stations were empty.
Summary: This is my new go-to hotel getaway!!! Staybridge Suites absolutely went above and beyond in comfort!

The hotel maintained its standard of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, making my stay pleasant. I appreciate the spacious rooms and the well-equipped amenities that cater to business travelers. Overall, a reliable choice for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The first room I was assigned was extremely noisy, so I requested to be moved. When I called the front desk, I was told to wait in the room while they checked availability and that they would call me back. After 15 minutes with no response, I went to the reception, only to find a new staff member who had no knowledge of my request. The employee I originally spoke to was in the dining area, seemingly preoccupied with other matters. That said, to be fair, they did eventually accommodate my request for a quieter room. A bit more attentiveness and professionalism would have improved the experience."

Positive: Clean spacious rooms swimming pool and hot tub it also has a gym and laundry. Free delicious breakfast it was a nice get away..
Negative: You have to trade your ID for access to the the swimming pool. It's a bit of inconvenience. My tv didn't work for the living room. The manager gave us a discount for the trouble.
