Summary: Hotel is clean, staff are kind. It’s going ok. A person walked into our room but was luckily stopped by one of the locks on the door. Hotel staff said it was housekeeping.. not sure why housekeeping would be just walking into a room that is occupied. When we called the lobby to report this, they did apologize but did not do anything extra to make us (2 women) feel safe again in our room.

Summary: The facility was very clean and the location was convenient. I especially loved our suite which featured a kitchen, couch, etc. Check out time at noon is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: As a family we're absolutely crazy in love with IHG Hotels. We've been to various locations of IHG Hotels & it's always a pleasant experience. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Great customer service. If I had to really nick pick, I don't like that the social hour is only Mondays- Wednesdays. That's not really a big deal IMO. It's clean & very well maintained. The staff always makes sure guests are well taken care of. The Lions Den is a cool place to relax & hangout. Unfortunately someone took the remote to the TV. Regardless, it's still a cool spot to hangout in the hotel.

Summary: Very clean property, probably quite new. Spacious rooms would full kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gentleman taking care of breakfast area did a great job and was very helpful. Location was perfect for short drive to downtown Detroit

Summary: Our stay at the hotel was with our daughter, son-in-law, and three granddaughters. The suite provided ample space for our family. The nearby Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village were a major advantage. The hotel's cleanliness was evident throughout, complemented by an attractive swimming pool and hot tub.
