Positive: The rooms are spacious.
Negative: I was very disappointed. The breakfast was very mediocre. The coffee pot in my room had a chipped spout with a sharp edge. The counter behind the coffee pot was dirty. Staff hadn't wiped the counter and there were crumbs. The mattress on the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. Staff did not replace the coffee supplies and I had to go downstairs to get a policy of coffee on our second morning. I didn't like the late weekend breakfast start of 7:30, especially when there was no coffee available before that.

Positive: The breakfast was amazing and we were able to get an Uber to the airport and back when we got back from our trip to Jamaica. The staff were courteous and friendly. Our last day we stayed was on April 11th and we checked out on April 12th, Princess Felicitas and another woman was with her at the time, they both were fantastic. We mentioned that the rooms were even better than the ones we stayed at in Jamaica! They were exceptional. The beds were real comfortable and it was nice to have access to a kitchenette and two bathrooms because there was 7 of us! The rooms and the staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful. The hotel was close to several amenities. I would recommend anyone to stay at Staybridge Suites when they are visiting Toronto and area or going to the airport.
Negative: I didn't like that there was no shuttle bus to the airport. However, we were able to book an Uber to take us to the airport. And one other thing I didn't like was even after I already made arrangements when I booked the trip with the front desk and the manager at the time about leaving our cars parked there for the week at no additional charge; when we got to the hotel for our stay, the person at the desk checking us in stated that they don't allow anyone to leave their cars parked at the hotel for a week. That put my anxiety up, until they went to speak to a Manager on duty that evening and both mentioned that they will allow it this time, but they were not liable. We understand that the hotel is not liable for the parked vehicles. We just needed somewhere to park it while we were gone on our trip. The no additional charge really helped us too. I do want to say thank you Staybridge Suites staff for allowing us to leave our vehicles while we went on our trip for the week and at no additional charge!

Negative: The hot food at breakfast was not very tasty. The omelets are pretty spongy and did not taste like eggs. The potato option was always the same, and was stale.
