Summary: There was no juice, fountain machine didn't work, hardly any fruit, cutlery and napkin dispenser were not kept full at breakfast. It was an older motel but not as well kept as most staybridge suites we have stayed at. I'm sure the clerk at desk when we checked in was new but took 15 minutes or more to check in and room was booked online

Summary: This was a disappointing stay. We were in town for a family funeral and had planned to stay both Friday and Saturday nights so we would have a place to gather after the funeral on Saturday. Unfortunately, due to the issues at the hotel, we ended up traveling home Saturday after the funeral and did not stay the second night we had reserved. The issues were: 1. Active, live roaches in both of our rooms. 2. A/C was out in the lobby/breakfast area. 3. Breakfast was stated to begin at 7:00, but the room was dark and empty when we got there, except for 4 other families waiting for breakfast. Eventually, a kitchen staff member came out and said it would open at 7:30, offering no explanation. There was no juice because she couldn't get the machine to work, there was no hot water for tea, there was not batter in the waffle station, and there was no ice for drinks. 4. The pool is in very bad condition. The water is cloudy, and you cannot see more than 6 inches from the surface. The surrounding area is unkept, with trash and other debris littered in the space. We booked this hotel specifically with the pool in mind, but we were unable to use this amenity due to its condition. Hotels.com was able to negotiate a partial refund for our trip, and I would not recommend a stay at this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Summary: 1st: the fridge had leftover food from previous guest. It's not just a little amount either: it is some pizza in a box, some breadsticks, apple sauce and a bowl of old noodles. I would have expected this to have been cleaned out before our stay. 2nd: The room we purchased said it "sleeps four". It has a suite with a "King" size bed in a separate room, and an area with sofa bed. But the problem is that the pull out sofa is not the typical size closer to a "full" (that would sleep two) as I have seen in many hotels before. Rather, it folds out to a "twin" that would typically sleep one. The sofa has a chaise lounge but it is not enough for a typical adult to lay flat on. I asked if there is another room with the same setup (King Suite with Sleeper Sofa that sleeps four) with a separate room but with the normal sofa bed but they said they do not have it. 3rd: There are two TV's: one in the room with the King bed, and the other one with the weird sofa bed. The one in the room is an LG would not allow to go directly onto the channel list but would have to scroll up and down to the actual channel. Also, its remote says it has Netflix and Amazon but the buttons don't do anything. Looking around the menu and settings do not show it is a Smart TV at all. The other TV is an Insignia one and we first tried scrolling on it only allowed four channels. I asked about this and maintenance came. they said for that TV, I can't scroll to look for channels but instead pressed in.

Summary: We booked here because the good reviews and the picture of the pool area. It’s summertime there should be no reason all the shrubbery around the property is overgrown and the pool is disgustingly dirty. The seating are looked unkept as well. The room was clean, but there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the hall ways and rooms have a horrible smell, the bed had a HUGE dent In the middle. The breakfast had potential but was not fresh and starts at 730am NEVER seen that time at a hotel, we had to leave early one day so we didn’t even get to utilize it. Just not what we expected, someone needs to put some elbow grease, time and attention to this properly.

Summary: The rooms were nice. The people were kind. The front desk just seemed to have been empty anytime we needed to find someone, and maintenance could just be better. Our toilet kept making a running noise, we were told to jiggle the handle. Certain entries you couldn’t get access to because they were broken. The juice machine was broken but they accommodated everyone by letting them grab a free juice. Breakfast was great. Also very short staffed on housekeepers. I think if they had more people on staff, and upkept maintenance I would have given it a 10/10. Also a sewer like smell upon entry to the hotel.

Summary: The hotel is very run down. When we got to our room the kitchen towels had food on them, the shower was peeling and dirt in the corners. The pool was out of service and the emergency exit door was open and did not close. They also have a large population of birds living in the trees that you can hear inside and bird poo covering everything outside. Will not be staying here again.

Summary: All exterior doors propped open by staff. Glass doors had big cracks. Smelled old as soon as entering the Lobby. The halls smelled like urine/cleaning chemicals. Bugs in the room. Everything old and not well maintained. Food old - bread hard. Drink machines not working.
