Summary: Only about 20 minute walk to the old town it was very convenient The hotel itself was clean and modern. The staff were all excellent We stayed for a couple of nights in one of the apartments which had everything you could possibly want

Summary: Good hotel everything excellent. Slight downer was the fact that after coming back the car park was full, even after I paid for three nights. Had to park in an industrial estate.

Summary: Although we only stayed overnight, the hotel was both convenient and comfortable, with a professional and pleasant staff, excellent parking and an overall comfortable feel. The room looked brand new, as did the rest of the property. The location was wonderful, easily accessible by car and only a few tram stops from old town. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Loved the convenient feel of an apartment as we stayed in Heidelberg as it is equipped with things otherwise not found in regular hotel rooms (dishwasher, stove with appliances, etc).

Summary: We asked for the safe to be opened as it had been locked and we asked for another pillow. We we told that the safe and the pillow would be sorted the next day however this never happened.

Summary: Very clean and quiet. <10 min walk to Heidelberg Hbf train station. Bed isn't super comfortable but you'll be too tired to care.

Summary: -Room was really clean and new. -Friendly staff. -Good facilities with well equipped lobby. We could play board games on rainy days. -Room had a particular smell which was not bad, but bit strong -Bit far from city centre if you prefer to walk -Charge for parking space is €15, which I think was a bit much.
