Summary: We first walked in and got greeted immediately. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and attentive, joking with my kids and making them laugh. He explained everything about the room and the hotel. Made us feel like we were at home. Thanks for such great hospitality!

Summary: Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.

Summary: The staff was great. The hotel was really cool. It preserved the historical aspects of the building and udated where it needed to. The restaurant was great and the server was super nice. I also loved the refillable water bottle and sparkling water!
