Positive: Stayed for few days whilst our house purchase completed, very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Oven didn't stay lit so couldn't use oven but didn't affect our stay as used microwave and grill

Negative: We booked this caravan for two nights but decided to leave earlier. Unfortunately, the place wasn’t very clean — some corners and areas clearly needed more attention ( double mattress was dirty).The radiators didn’t really work, so it was quite cold, and the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, which made it hard to sleep well. I also sent a message to the owner to let them know we were leaving early but didn’t receive any response. The location was fine, and with better cleaning (especially in the corners, sofa inside), improved heating, and clearer communication, this caravan could be much more enjoyable.

Positive: Great spot. Quite location, we were here in late September. Spacious lounge and kitchen, tiny bedrooms- typical for static caravans. Great communication with owner. We needed to take our own bedding which perfectly fine for us but better check and be prepared. Well equipped property. We felt comfortable and safe. Thank you.

Positive: The location is quiet and the site facilities are okay especially for young ones, the support staff are very friendly

Negative: The beer far to pricey, the choice of meals limited and again pricey, the access road to and from the site a very rough piece of road with far too many speed bumps and very narrow, two cars cannot pass each other and not enough passing bays, the so called well stocked lake is overgrown with reeds nearly 60 % and so shallow it appears you can walk across it!
