Summary: Staying in the lower flat you could hear the people above you. We heard the alarm, walking around and their tv. Other than that it was a good time, clean for the most part, nice bath tub. Cool walking trails near by.

Summary: Property was very clean and great in that aspect. The sliding glass door had room darkening shades but the windows did not. It was super light in the room early in the morning and we could not sleep. This would be an easy fix. Due to this we cut our vacation short a day. When there is someone upstairs it is noisy.

Summary: The place was cozy and close to everything. It was modern and clean. Only downside is the noise. You can hear everything the upstairs people say, watch on tv, and when walking around. Thank goodness for the quiet hours.

Summary: Spent a quick weekend w a friend at this property. Very clean, great location. The only complaint I have, is that you could hear the tenants upstairs walking around at all hours. Thin walls/floors.

Summary: We booked this online. We received a couple e-mails prior to check in. Not a whole lot of information in those e-mails other than an address and a lockbox code. Had a hard time figuring out what entrance to go in. No signs or anything. We walked up to a door and the long term renter came out and told us where to park and that she thought the lock box was on the railing. Couldn't get the lock box open. Called, the lockbox was actually on the house by the door. Struggled unlocking the door with the key. Didn't know where to go (upstairs or down). Nothing labeled, no signs on doors. Went upstairs and used the key in our lockbox to get in. Headed to town to grab a bite to eat. Ordered food and got our drink and got a call saying we were in the WRONG ROOM and were asked to come back and move our stuff. We had to leave our drink and get our food to go. Got back to the house, moved our stuff to the downstairs room....NOT VERY COMFORTING THAT BOTH OUR KEY WORKED IN BOTH ROOMS! I called and told the lady that we had moved our stuff and that I was not very happy about it. A little more instruction/information would have went a long ways....She apologized and as I was explaining to her that we had to get our food to go and leave our drink to move our stuff that I was not super comfortable knowing that our key worked in BOTH rooms...SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Great little place.....but, could spend some money on replacing door knobs and maybe make their check-in instructions a bit more clear. Maybe a cute little sign out by the driveway/road with the name of the house/rental on it would help guests coming in as well!
