Positive: Stefania was super friendly and responsive to all my questions so quickly right from the beginning. She left so many choices of breakfast cookies, cakes, coffees, teas, milk, extra extra water for us. Super generous! The place was equipped with all necessary things and beyond. And the hairdryer alone deserves a 5star, it was the best, I even took a picture of it to buy the same for myself. Bed was big and comfortable, with extra pillows. Bathroom was much bigger than we are used to in the island. Water pressure was good. We had our private patio with outside table and chairs if we wanted to sit and enjoy. Wifi was good. Parking was right in front of the house and felt safe. We were only staying for 1 night, on my bday night during our road trip, We asked for a restaurant recommendation, Stefania gave us a few suggestions and even made a reservation for us. Check out was smooth , she even offered if we wanted to check out later we could. And send me little gift as we were checking out. I have not seen such an attentive host for a very very long time. I would recommend this place without a doubt. Thank you very much Stefania! You should be a super host!

Positive: Great and comfortable place, very friendly and helpful hosts, nice location with amenities close by.

Negative: A bit noisy bathroom ventilator but that was not a real issue, only a bit inconvenient when the other person uses the bathroom at night.

Positive: Stefania and family are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is in a quiet area, away from the main tourist area but a short drive to the beach. The Sardinian sweets that we were given were amazing. Excellent pizza from the takeaway in the village and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Thank you Stefania and family for a great place to stay.

Positive: The host was so welcoming. We had everything we needed. I especially liked that we had use of the washing machine. The fridge was stocked with water. The town is small and fairly quiet. However, it is fairly close to some really great beaches if you have access to a car. We also found a really great place to eat out just down the road.

Negative: It was really warm and there was no air conditioning. There were 2 fans provided. It wasn't really a problem for us for the one night. There wasn't actually anything we didn't like.

Summary: Felt very welcomed, great, affordable place to stay.

Positive: Stefania, the owner, met us in person (in the pouring rain!) despite late arrival. She is an extremely kind and helpful lady who did her best to fulfill our extra requests late in the evening. The place is very spacious and I found the bed really comfy (not too soft), which made up for the fact that it is a bit outdated. There is a coffee machine and the capsules were provided too. We booked it very short term as an "emergency" one night stay on the same day and were very happy that Stefania instantaneously replied to our booking (unlike 2 other properties on booking.com). She came to say goodbye the next day and brought little gifts for us which was a very nice gesture that we haven't experienced anywhere else on Sardinia:).

Negative: The bathroom is a bit impractical as water from the shower flows all over the floor, but there is a mop to wipe it off, so it wasn't a big deal.

Summary: Extremly friendly host & good value for money

Positive: We didn't get breakfast, but we get very good typical Sardinian sweets. We also get a gift :) The location was easy to find. Stefania is a very polite and nice person, big hospitality.

Negative: For me it was bit warm in the night during the night. I though that the temperature in September could be lower but this year was very high, so it wa not easy to handle the warm. Apart of this, everything was good.

Summary: Nice place with very kindness host.
