Positive: Sometimes you enter an apartment and you immediatly feel at home. This was such an occassion. The apartment was clean, cosy, spotless, extremely well maintained, good utilities, private parking (extra payment), good beds. Even extra toothbrush, coffee and small details were taken care off. You don't hear the sound of the street in front at all. The city center is just around the corner, just as public transport to other highlights of Kassel.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
Summary: If you're looking for a perfect apartment with private parking, this is definetly a perfect option.

Positive: The apartment itself was excellent.
Negative: The laundry room was filled with flies. The flies sat on all the clothes that were being dried. The landlord was regretful and promised to clean it up. We got a good impression from the landlord. After 24 hours with fans and open windows the laundry was still soaking wet. Not ideal for short stays. Only use the washing machine if you are staying 4+ days days.

Positive: Location and ease of use of everything in the apartment. Well stocked kitchen that made it easy to stay for an entire month. The hostess was phenomenal and always tried to resolve any issues as they came up.
Negative: The internet wasn’t working properly
