Summary: My family and I booked this place for a quick weekend and left wanting to stay more days! This quintessential Cape Cod home is perfectly located in New Seabury, close to our favorite spots in Popponesset. Poppy was a great host and super communicative! Her property was very clean and welcoming. I could have sat on that deck off the master all day and watched the ocean as the beach access is just steps from the house. We will definitely make this location a future rental!

Summary: The communication with the Host is top shelf. The check-in process was a breeze and I must say, everything listed in the description is accurate. This beautiful townhome is the cleanest rental, my family and I have ever stayed in. Having the private beach access right out the front door was a dream come true.

Summary: What a fun time for my whole family! This charming beach cottage is beach themed decorated and so classy. The host was very friendly and got back to us immediately when we had questions. It was so easy and relaxing to have everything in one place (beach is literally steps away). My teenagers had just as much fun as my little kids. Had wine on the balcony of the master bedroom with my wife --with an amazing view of the ocean--this place is a homerun. Cant wait to return!

Summary: This beach town home is elegant and charming. The location is unbeatable; we enjoyed easy access to the beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. We spent our days beaching it up, and exploring the local area (all fun stuff within walking distance). From the moment we booked to the day we departed, the host always had prompt, friendly and helpful communication, and provided us with great recommendations for things to do for the whole family. Summary: Just got back from a stay at this amazing beach find. The property is so welcoming! Checking in and out was a breeze. The living/dining space was perfect for hanging out together after our day at the beach. Direct beach access was a game changer! Thankfully, the end of October brought the sunshine. Strong WiFi and a smart TV were a nice touch for winding down in the evening. By the way, the beds were so comfortable, and the host did it up right with the beach decor.

Summary: We just returned from an incredible stay at this beach rental, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the sound of the waves just steps away from the door. The convenience of the beach being steps away is a home run. The host always had prompt, friendly and helpful communications. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very clean. The spacious living area was perfect, and the open-concept kitchen made cooking a breeze. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise from the beach—it felt like paradise!
