Summary: We had a family reunion of 30 people (ages 2-75) and loved the house. We have a small gluten-free group and the extra kitchens allowed us to keep all their food and cooking separate (would be great for any family with food allergies). The third floor living space was a great hangout for the older kids and young ones were easily “contained” in the studio. Wonderful outdoor eating space. Will definitely recommend to others!

Summary: We were a large group (29 people) looking for a weekend getaway from NYC. Everyone in our group loved the place. It is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need. The host is responsive and nice. Highly recommeded!

Summary: My only complaint about this house is that the pictures don't do it justice. The inside has a lot of small spaces for groups to spend time together. The public spaces were nice and comfortable. The back patio with firepit was great for group time. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. The house is old, which means that it can be creaky/have narrow stairs, but has been well tended and clearly upgraded where it was needed (A/C, bathrooms). Additionally the house manager was extremely helpful and communicative not only before the stay but also while were there and encountered a small issue. I would recommend this house for any group in this size range.
