Negative: Had to ask for tv remotes, ask for packet for bed. No furniture to sit on other than one bean bag.

Positive: very helpful staff, location only a short walk away from train station with many supermarkets close by, quiet area even though the main road is very busy, it was still quiet to sleep, a lift to assist with heavy luggage, good internet

Negative: technology in the rooms, there is a switch you must push on the door handle if you want to watch tv without it going off every 15 minutes, if you lie still it goes off. The door to the room has an electronic tag which took a long time before it actually worked...eventually I changed rooms and then had no problem, not easy to cook in the apartment, mainly used the microwave for warming up food and no washing machine

Summary: enjoyable stay after sorting out technology issues

Positive: My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. They made our stay truly enjoyable.

Negative: Nothing significant to mention. We had a very pleasant stay.

Positive: I've been there twice over the past month and the staff are very helpful and friendly - this is so important and valued. I had an issue with the room allocated on one occasion and it was resolved quickly and a new room allocated. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's walking distance, maybe 25mins to the old town/quarter of Girona and about 15min to bus/train station. It's used mainly as student/academic accommodation with limited rooms for public - it felt safe, quiet and friendly.

Negative: A bit over priced. Consider that this is not a hotel but a student dorm. They rent out small apartments (2 bedrooms with single beds) not occupied by students.

Positive: The location was close to the beautiful Devesa Park and about 20 mins from Barri Vell. Convection oven, microwave and good sized fridge.

Negative: We weren't aware that these were really student "digs" rather than a 2-bedroomed apartment. the beds were in twin beds in separate "pods. I didn't like the lack of basic cleaning supplies.
