Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.
Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Summary: The place was a block away from amazing restaurants, an 3 blocks from the downtown area. We walked the entire time and it was in January. The apartment was very modern and comfortable, with amazing views as it is on a cliff. We have no complaints and when we return we will be staying there again!

Summary: This is a fantastic place to stay. It has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The place was immaculate, updated and worth every penny. The location is close to the “action”, but removed from the traffic and noise. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

Summary: This beautifully renovated apartment in a historic house is conveniently located, just steps away from shops, restaurants, museums and more. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Summary: One of my friends and I stayed here for a girls' trip and we were totally blown away. The space is not only immaculate, but it feels like you're staying in a place right out of a magazine. The style and decor are spot on! We loved the location. It is the perfect place to get a quiet night's sleep but be right in the heart of everything you need in only a few steps. Michael, himself, was beyond helpful. We had never been to the area and he gave us a ton of suggestions of places to see, eat and visit. I am not exaggerating when I say that his suggestions really made our trip a success! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend staying here.
