Summary: Went down for a weekend fishing trip and the property was spacious, clean, everything worked properly, and well equipped for cooking. Had a great time in the underneath area and the elevator for luggage was super convenient. Heading back to the beach in March and will most definitely book this property again.

Summary: It was a nice stay. Would recommend. The only minor downset was that the AC had a hard time keeping the house cool but all in all my friends and I had a really great time.

Summary: Overall, the condo was nice, there were 3 bikes for us to use, the elevator worked fine, my brother and I enjoyed the outdoor games. It was very quiet, and close to the beach. That said, the little things added up quick. first the back door dead bolt would not turn, but with a little help from our host (let me say this, our host Ben was very attentive and helped as much as he could.) we needed to get the door open to access the elevator. next we could not get the TV in the Room with the Queen bed to connect to the WiFi, we could not get the TV in the bunk room to even come on. Ben said there was a firestick in that room, but we never found one, I think the previous guest may have taken it. The next morning, as I started breakfast, the pan looked clean, but my first egg stuck so badly I had to throw it away. after cleaning the pan, it did not stick, also my sister-in-law. spilled a little water on the floor, and when she went to clean it up with a paper towel, we saw how dirty the floor really was. the TVs in the livingroom and master bedroom worked fine, this could have been a great experience, if the cleaning people had done their job, and the condo had been checked first, to make sure everything was in working order.

Summary: Our stay was good, we did not have the remotes to the TVs in the bedrooms, but we were not as interested in watching tv. The house was nice and as described and the property manager was very nice and professional.

Summary: There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group. The house was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We had a couple of minor concerns and relayed those to Benjamin and he responded very quickly and addressed those concerns. He checked on us via email a few times to insure all was well. We really appreciated his quick response to us. The elevator was awesome as we had one family member with Parkinson's and the stairs would have been difficult for him. The close proximity to the Big Store and a short golf cart ride to the beach made this just the right place for our group.

Summary: We enjoyed this stay so much with our little family! Communication with the property manager was easy and pleasant. We were so close to the big store and beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Summary: The property was exactly as represented. The elevator was one of the reasons we chose this property for our Nan to get to enjoy some time with us. It worked so good we said we were spoiled now, since we put all our stuff on there too! The location was just a short drive (you could even walk if you chose) and the beach was not super crowded in that area. The beds were SUPER comfortable, which we have found to not always be the case in homes. The area was quiet and a few of us even took naps on the carport couches. The owner was easily available by text for any questions. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely reserve from them again!
