Summary: Nice place, good weekend stay...only issues; hot in livingroom, poor air circulation , air draft cones from sliding door to balcony. .both doors to bathroom would not close

Summary: Room very small. Pool had three plastic chairs which made it hard for us old timers. No lounges to relax. Very disappointed in the whole week-end

Summary: Great value and great view of the downtown fireworks. The only hiccup we had was they were still cleaning the room when we got there so we had to stand outside the rental for about 30 minutes. Other than that, it was great. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This cozy condo is a great location for corpus Christi. Can see the USS Lexington from balcony. Easy beach access (beach is not wide, but it's not busy, so you'll have room to set up for the day). The whole complex is under construction, which is needed overall. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a convenient spot to stay for a long weekend/week, this will serve you well. Quaint and just what you need. Thanks for a good stay. Had a minor a/c issue later night which the owner resolved next morning.

Summary: Property we stayed in was everything as listed. We had ac problems the second night. Contacted the property owner, and he had someone out within an hour. Place was very nice, clean and great location. We loved everything about it.

Summary: The outside of the property was a little sketch. The condo itself was good for the price. The bunk beds, not comfortable My sister said the main bed was good and my 30 yr old son was comfy on the couch Everything was fine
