Summary: This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we hope to be back again next year! Lovely apartment that feels private and with everything you need, including a view of the ocean - and even whales if you're lucky! Super clean, great communication, fabulous location, and so comfortable! Hosts have thought of everything! We love it here and you will too!

Summary: Had a WONDERFUL relaxing time. Mike goes above and beyond to make the overall process super easy to do and available for any questions/assistance. Can see the beach from living room. The location is quiet and can see both sunrise from living room and sunset in short short walk to end of block. Short drive to downtown and the other beaches north/south. Definitely recommend and will stay again without hesitation.

Summary: This is a wonderful place. Impeccably clean and well stocked with some surprises. The paint colors and decor made it homey and welcoming. Far away from town so it’s quiet but close enough to bike ride to center of town or Sandy Hook. A minute walk to beach and a minute to end of block to watch amazing sunsets over highlands, Navesink and Rumson. Did I mention no badges needed? Mike was always available and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Lovely neighborhood. Everyone is friendly. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you Mike and Maryann for a relaxing and enjoyable week in the secret of the jersey shore, Sea Bright. Joy and Bill

Summary: We just left Mikes rental in sea bright for a few days in sea bright and it was perfect!! Very clean, great location with ocean views from the top floor! The unit is located in the back of the main photo in the listing and has a private entrance. It is 3 stories with the bedrooom, alcove with a twin futon and bathroom on 2nd floor. 3rd floor has your living space and kitchen and dining table. Everything you need for the beach is included, couple of chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys. I will absolutely book with mike at this location again when we’re back in NJ!!

Summary: Mike will respond to your emails quickly, sometime in minutes. He accommodated us by allowing us to check in early, if needed, provided us with extra beach chairs and basically went above and beyond if anything was needed. We would gladly stay with Mike, again. We are looking forward to returning to Sea Bright.
