Summary: The house was wonderful but the AC didn’t work properly in the bedrooms and the master bedroom doesn’t have a fan. As long as those 2 things are fixed, I’d highly recommend this place. Very close to the beach, spacious, clean and area for the kids to hang out, play and sleep is great!

Summary: Overall we loved our stay there were just a few things that need attention. The house states it sleeps 14. However, there are only seven forks, knives, and spoons. There are only seven beach towels. The reason we rented the home was to be able to go to the beach and we loved how close it is to the beach however, there are no beach chairs provided or cart to take things to the beach. We had to buy beach chairs, more towels and games for the beach. Also, there is no access from the front of the house to the pool through the backyard. When we came home from the beach, all sandy, we had to go through the front door, which was not optimal. A path from the driveway to the right side access door to the backyard would be nice so we could go in and rinse off outside before we went into the house. The only other thing is there is only one fob for the beach access. With 10 people going to the beach at all different times. That was a difficult task to manage. The house was very nice and clean as shown in the pictures and they fixed all issues with the house promptly. Thanks for having us!!!

Summary: Thank you, host Dean and your staff for providing a splendid vacation to our family. The Hillsboro Shores location is perfect, and the home itself was completely updated and clean. The check in process was seamless, and for the limited questions/issues which we posed, you were responsive and provided the necessary information. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms and bedrooms provided required linens and towels. The game room was a hit for our children. I would highly recommend this home to any family. Joe
