Summary: We stayed in this very modern house for about a month with our daughter and her young family. It was delightful! The decor is both sophisticated and fun, with a Mickey Mouse motif popping up here and there. The location is a short walk from Rye Playland and the beach, a glorious nature preserve, and a local market and pharmacy. Everything you could need at your finger tips! Owner Carmine (aka John) and his sister, Romina, supplied beach gear, paper goods and linens. When we needed more kitchen implements or anything else, they responded immediately and ordered items delivered to us. The town of Rye is only a mile or two up the road, with beautiful homes, restaurants and shops. It was a great vacation home!

Summary: This property was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family reunion. I loved everything about the house and most definitely would stay here again. Very spacious and open, the private backyard was perfect for the two year old we had with us. The owner was completely available when needed.
