River Edge log cabin only 10 minutes to the West entrance of Glacier National Park. This beautiful cabin is located on a private ranch just steps to the river bank of the Middle Fork River with river access. Located just a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to 4 fishing/swimming accesses. A fisherman's dream vacation spot! You can access the river through the woods and down the trail. Steep decline to be expected.
Enter this beautiful cabin to find all the luxuries of home. Enjoy the living room seating area watching your favorite shows on apple tv, surfing the internet or take in the views through the large picture windows looking out to the great Montana outdoors.
This one level cabin also offers a full size kitchen for all your cooking needs and a cozy dining area seating for 4. There are two private bedrooms down the hall each offering one Queen bed. Down the same hall you will find one shared full size bathroom.
On this working ranch, you will find our loveable friendly dogs and horses. Feel free to spend some time petting our ranch animals, they love the attention. Finish your evenings playing in Montana great outdoors by enjoying some star gazing outside or building a small campfire in the firepit off the main deck. A true Montana log cabin outside Glacier National Park!
Please note: Montana can become very dry and cause us to be in High Fire Danger. Our fire pits are not guaranteed to be available due to these constant changing conditions. Please inquire with us prior to your arrival should you have any questions about our fire pit availability.
Our property sleeps no more than 4 guests max. This property does not allow pets or smoking inside.At time of reservation, we do require reserved guest to sign a rental agreement. Our confirmation email will include the link to the agreement from Glacier View Vacation Rentals.

Summary: We love log cabins and this one was so nice. Stayed for our trip to Glacier NP and enjoyed the ability to cook breakfast and dinner and chill after long days of hiking. Love the horses and the dog greeting you as you come in

Summary: Thís was the last stop on our 18 day National Park road trip from Southern California. My friend and I thought this was our favorite place to call home on our trip! The cabin is so comfortable and quiet due to the location. There is everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. It is so close to an entrance of the park and Going-to-the-Sun Road.

Summary: We absolutely loved the cabin, the comfortable furniture, the incredible amenities,, high ceiling, large windows, fire pit, porch, location, horses (and the very sweet dog who came to visit us) , and the responsive of the property manager. Everything was perfect. We only wish we could have stayed even longer! Christine was very helpful and responsive. We very much appreciated this experience.

Summary: Christie made everything easy for us from start to finish! I HIGHLY recommend staying at River Edge cabin. We loved having fully stocked kitchen amenities, so we could cook dinner and eat on the deck a couple of times. Quiet, country setting. Easy to get to West Glacier entrance and nearby town of Columbia Falls with restaurants, stores, etc.

Summary: This charming cabin met all our needs when traveling to Glacier. We bought our groceries for lunches in the park and had good kitchen facilities for food preparations. The location was private and very comfortable with windows open.

Summary: We found the River Edge Cabin to be a perfect fit for our three day visits to Glacier. The information provided prior our arrival was most helpful (where to get groceries,etc) and check in was painless. The information book had plenty of helpful suggestions and check out very easy. We would definitely suggest this to others visiting Glacier.

Summary: This cabin was ideal for our stay. 15 minutes from the gates of glacier national Park. Ultra quiet. Very clean and Beautiful cabin nicely appointed. Friendly horses visit via the pasture right behind the cabin. Sitting at the fire pit with a crackling fire, and enjoying a beverage during the beautiful evening and snapping pics of the amazing stars all made our trip spectacular. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a reset. Also, the river access is literally a three minute walk Through the trees. Beautiful sunsets and fishing right there. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Summary: Really enjoyed our space at the cabin. It's walking distance to the river, which was great. We loved seeing the horses in the evening, and using the hiking path in the morning. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Driving distance to pretty much everything (10-15 minutes to the park, 30 minutes to Kalispell). If in this area, I recommend.
