Summary: Overall, the property was clean and well-stocked with basic needs. One of the beds was a bit sandy (though we didn't need it); otherwise, everything was well-kept and the reed diffusers made the place smell nice. We appreciated the cement driveway as the rain made the roads muddy. Very close (@4 min. drive) to sand dunes though not quite walkable. Had a quick question for property manager who answered our text fairly quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Great house for our weekend family trip to the beach, clean, spacious, plenty of room for our group of 8. The best parts were the beautiful screened in porch, fire pit in the yard, and it is just around the corner from Warren Dunes state park. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is adorable and very easy to keep clean with 7 people. Well stocked kitchen and the location to Warren Dunes is phenomenal. We often forgot items for one of the 4 generations and it was easy to run back and get things. The grill is awesome and easy to use. We all had a super time. Have already recommended the cottage to our friends that go to Warren Dunes every year. Thanks for sharing your real estate with us!

Summary: The house and property provided the perfect setting for access to the Warren Dunes and downtown Sawyer. A great house with all the amenities, and very comfortable for yourself alongside a group of friends or family. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to the beach and beautiful SW Michigan.
