Summary: I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Summary: Excellent staff at the restaurant. Manager Mr Prajod always available and made sure the dining experience was wonderful. Others at the restaurant including Anugraha plus others whose names I forget were always helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Tried the chicken biryani and found it less spicy and very flavorful compared to some highly recommended biryani at bengaluru which to my palate was very spicy/ too hot to enjoy. Nice location and room
