Negative: Property was bit of noisy on ac in room and also some water leakage need some more maintainence before checkin Food priced high with no option to go around but tasty

Positive: The breakfast was good, overall the food was also good but it can be better given the price point of the resort. Although the staff is nice.

Negative: The resort doesn't have beach access and it is at the end of the Marine drive so the location is also a little offbeat.

Positive: Big rooms

Negative: They changed our room to another location then what we booked with our asking us . The room cleaning does not clean if I keep the clean my room button on - u have to explicitly call and tell them . The 3rd bed was not comfortable at all and we had a tough time to get it fixed took hours on a tired day .

Summary: Ok property … staff all around need to be better in service provided

Positive: This is a good property. Staff was good. The biggest issue with property is the not direct access to the beach. I specially book this property because i thought we have direct access n my kids can enjoy it. But its waste of my time and money.

Negative: The room size was so small with the price they charged for it. Bed size was small for family of 2. Overall i wont recommend this property if looking for comfortable beach stay with kids

Negative: Checkout time of 10:00 am does not make sense when you serve breakfast till 10:30 am. Further as a member had requested for a booking under my vacation night and was regretted , wherein the hotel occupancy was minimal on the day of our stay.
