Positive: Nice view and patio. Quick communication with the host.
Negative: My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a very restful experience on the first night, as the owner had guests over, and we could hear everything from our room. It was loud until quite late, which made it hard to sleep. The next morning, we were woken up very early due to more loud noise, so we couldn’t get proper rest that day. The cleanliness of the space could also be improved. There was hair on the sheets and visible dust in the room, which made us feel uncomfortable. The shower couldn’t be regulated, so we couldn’t adjust the water temperature. Overall, the stay didn’t meet our expectations in terms of rest, cleanliness, or comfort.

Positive: Fantastic place, nice, clean and spacious. Looks like the entire place was recently refurbished, I liked the modern design. Even a washing machine/dryer (didn't use it) and cooking facilities if you need. My wife is hard to please and she gave it 5 stars. We will definitely use it again 👍😃

Positive: The apartment was close to a bus stop, grocery store and pizza place. Overall, I travelled everywhere by foot so everything was within walking distance, including the walk into main city (30mins). Everything about the property was as pictured. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, I had all the home comforts of lounge, dining and bedding. There was a 2:1 washer and dryer which was very much needed for my two week stay. The area was well lit and safe. Andre was responsive to all my enquiries and always available to help me out. I arrived all the way from Sydney not knowing much about the local area, he helped me to organise a taxi to Linkoping when I was caught out by Uber arrangements and he ensures that I had all the provisions when I ran out of things.
Negative: I was happy with everything.
Summary: Highly recommend this local apartment in Motala. The apartment is modern and well equipped. Everything is within walking

Negative: Location was a bit in the middle of nowhere, the furniture was very cold and not comfortable, the cleaning could have been a lot better, there was hair on the pillows and didn’t smell very fresh
