Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Stolen Time. It is a very chill resort. We met lots of other fun people, but also had plenty of time and space for ourselves. We had massages at the spa which were great. The pool with the bar is a lot of fun. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay, so we didn't get to do as much things as we had hoped to. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would note is that the housekeeping seemed to be a bit lacking. One time they cleaned our room and took out the used towels, but didn't put any new ones in. That's the only thing I would say could be a bit better.

Summary: The resort was lovely, the service was vwry good. Im vegan and was able to find quite a bit to eat. The restaurants were also very accommodating to us and offered us a vegan menu to choose our food from. The room was a premium with the bath tub whoch was cute. The one thing I did not like was the hidden fees at checkout. I came with my S.O and we checked in together, and was together on the resort all the time. At checkout we were informed that they did not know that there were 2 ppl in the room for the 5 days we stayed 🙄 so they charged us for another person stay for 5 days. Imagine having to dish out hundreds of dollars at the end of your trip, unexpectedly. So annoying.

Summary: Attentive friendly staff. Food quality was good. My only negative is dinner doesn't start until 7:30. I'm usually heading for bed at that time.

Summary: We had no hot water in the evening on 4 days out of 14. We complained but no did anything, say sorry or try to recompense us. Staff are amazing. Friendly, best anywhere we’ve been. Buffets just about acceptable

Summary: The breakfast buffet ran out of a lot of things and not replenished. Same menus all around. Never changed them. Boring. Small menus. No snacks or drinks in rooms. Rooms cleaned very late every day. Concierge told us where to shop but neglected to tell us if there was no cruise ship in port the shops would be all closed. Not very happy and will not go back.
