Positive: Great location and very clean, with a fun bar on the ground floor. The hostess was incredibly helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area, and her suggestion to visit a winery turned out to be our favorite experience. We didn’t expect to spend much time at a winery, but we ended up staying for hours enjoying excellent wine and stunning views. It was the best day of our trip on Evia, thanks to her. I especially want to thank her for going above and beyond when I accidentally left a gold earring behind after checkout. She contacted me after we were already on our way to Athens and even arranged for it to be sent to my hotel there. It arrived in time before we left Greece. That level of care was truly exceptional.
Negative: During booking I may have missed that breakfast was not included (but could be purchased, delivered from off site). This may have been noted somewhere else but all I saw was that there was a continental breakfast, which was not the case. Parking in the area was difficult but no fault of the hotel. Just noted so that one can be prepared.

It’s worth noting that the two apartments we booked share a common hall, making them perfect for larger groups or families—they can function as one spacious flat with multiple rooms. The equipment is outstanding; we found virtually everything we needed. The apartments are of a very high standard, furnished with great attention to detail. The host is highly responsive and offers excellent tips and local insights. I know I’ll return to Loutra one day, and I will definitely try to book here again.

Positive: The host was very friendly and welcoming, and communication was smooth and pleasant throughout. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and well renovated, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable, and the space felt calm, cozy, and inviting. The location is simply amazing — just a few minutes’ walk from the natural hot springs right on the beach. All you need is a towel and flip-flops, and you’re there! It was such a unique and joyful experience to enjoy the sea and hot springs in winter — truly unforgettable. We spent most of our time exploring the area, and this was a perfect base for trips around this part of Greece. The host’s recommendations were excellent, especially the local winery — both the place and the drive there were absolutely unforgettable. This place is ideal for a couple, or a couple with one or two children. Quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Positive: This apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the fireplace in the room added such a cozy touch. The bathroom was stocked with bathrobes, towels, and quality toiletries. The host was truly amazing — incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, and made our stay effortless. We enjoyed every single moment. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the harbor. Everything is within walking distance, with a large supermarket just behind the apartment, cafés and restaurants right downstairs, and a balcony with a stunning sea view. Everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended
