Beautiful 4 Bedroom tucked in the Catskill Mountains.
Lovely yard with amazing scenery, 1 acre with large deck. Kid friendly features include toys-childproofing-pack&play-babygates-etc. Relax by the fire pit. Grill your favorite foods.
Fall is FULL of apples and pears from our trees. Enjoy a scenic walk along the levy at the end of our street which looks down on the river. There is a small park in the middle of town that includes swing sets and lots of animals! Located across from the park is a food stand where our neighbors sell delicious honey from their bees, beautiful jams and seasonal veggies.

Summary: Beautiful house, but not enough fans. An attic fan and a few box fans to pull the heat out of the bedrooms (which are upstairs) would have made all the difference, but even with a 30 degree drop in temperature outside at night, all the windows open, and ceiling fans, the indoor temperature was still over 84 degrees at night. No one slept, so we stayed only one night. But the record player, and the decor, amenities and location were all great.

Summary: Spacious 4 bedroom house, very clean, comfortable beds. This worked very well for our family for a family reunion upstate. MY husband and I, daughter and son-in-law and 2 children were very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed - we made breakfast every morning. The only drawback is that it was a very hot, humid weekend and the house does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and portable fans helped a lot, and there are many very large windows throughout the house. Unfortunately, due to the rain we were not able to utilize the lovely grounds, outdoor seating, deck and fire pit. We will definitely come back next year!!

Summary: The house is minimal in its furnishings. We were looking for a clean place to spend a few nights and it most definitely was that. The beds were comfortable and the owner was friendly and communicated punctually.
