Positive: Got a great deal through the app. The room and facilities exceeded my expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Room was very spacious, clean, and updated.

Negative: Was missing the TV box and forgot my phone, with door code, in my room so was temporarily locked out until restaurant staff let me back in.

Positive: A very cozy building in a beautiful setting. The room and beds were very comfortable

Negative: While the facilities inside were lovely and comfortable, our arrival was extremely unpleasant. The main entrance was closed while being renovated and access to the room required walking on a VERY muddy and slippery path along the outside of the building in total darkness to a door that was unmarked. I use a cane, found it very slippery and worried about falling. There should have been other arrangements to get to the room - at the very least, boards should have been placed to provide safe footing. The total darkness, unstable path and unmarked door made for an unpleasant experience in an otherwise nice location

Positive: There was no breakfast available. The kitchen was closed.

Negative: The freezer of the refrigerator had not been defrosted and was dirty. At a glance the room looked clean but behind doors the mirrors were not cleaned and dust/hair bunnies on the floor. The face clothe was some kind of a scrubber and very large (Don’t think it was a face clothe) and for 2 guests there were not enough towels. The internet did not work and therefore the tv did not either. I called for assistance and after the 2nd call in the evening it was fixed. There did not seem to be anyone around the property that worked there. Check in and check out was done by filling out a form at the desk and phoning the number provided.

Summary: Very beautiful surroundings with a lot of potential-felt it was a bit over priced for what we got.
