Summary: The room was spacious and generally well prepared. The AC unit very loud - I had to get off the bed at night to figure out how to turn it off. Old blood stains on a towel. I was coming later than expected, the staff called me to make sure that my checking in will go well.

Summary: My overall experience was okay. The room was extremely clean, which was a big plus.. now we were only in the room for a few hours, we got in almost 1 AM and we were not loud by any means, but considering there was a joining room between us. I don't know if our neighbours heard us come in. I can tell you that we definitely heard the ladies next-door from every sneeze to phone beeping, and every conversation had. At first, I thought it was the housekeepers in the hallway. It was impossible to sleep, listening to our neighbours. There is no privacy whatsoever, you hear everything and that is disappointing. We booked this hotel so we could attend our Christmas party and we had a morning to sleep in.. that didn't happen and that was very disappointing considering what we paid.
